Main Features

Every CD/MD Wire Rope Electric Hoist leaves the factory complete with the following standard features, verified during final inspection and load testing:

• Reducer : Adopts a three-stage locking motor gear transmission structure; the gears and gear shafts are made of alloy steel after heat treatment, and the housing and cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with accurate assembly and good sealing. The reducer operates independently and is easy to load and unload.
• Motor : The hoisting motor adopts a conical motor with large starting torque and brake asynchronous motor. No additional lightning arrester is required, and the motor load continuity rate is 25%; the motor adopts B and F insulation, and the protection level is IP44/IP54.
• Control box: Equipped with upper and lower trip circuit breaker protection devices, the main circuit can be cut off in an emergency to ensure the safe operation of the electric pulley, long service life, and safe operation of electrical components.
• Wire rope: GB1102-74 (6*37+1) lifting wire rope is used, which has a long service life.
• Controller: It is manually operated and easy to operate. There are two modes: rope operation and wireless remote control.
• Gear: Adopting Japanese technology, innovative high-speed synchronous gear symmetrical arrangement, and international standard gear steel, it is more wear-resistant, more stable and labor-saving than ordinary gears.
• Hook: Made of high-strength, high-safety high-quality alloy steel; adopting a new design, it will never lose weight.

Applications & Working Conditions

The CD/MD Wire Rope Electric Hoist is used across industrial plants, warehouses, steel mills, power stations, ports and logistics centers. It is available with optional lifting attachments such as lifting beams, electromagnets, grabs, C-hooks and coil tongs for special material handling.

Standard models operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. For special environments, we can supply explosion-proof electrics, high-temperature paint systems, dust-proof protection or corrosion-resistant coatings. Customization Options

Standard Supply Scope

Your order includes the complete crane structure, travelling mechanism, hoisting trolley or hoist, electrical control system, safety devices (limit switches, overload limiter, buffers, emergency stop), operation manual and inspection certificates. Optional extras include wireless remote control, frequency inverter, cabin with heater/air conditioner, lighting and special lifting attachments.

Quality Control & Testing

All structural welding is performed by certified welders and inspected before painting. Each crane undergoes no-load and full-load testing on our test bench, including brake test, limit switch verification and electrical safety check. Third-party inspection (SGS or buyer-nominated) is available before shipment.

Packing & Shipping

Cranes are shipped in knockdown form with steel structure, wheels, trolley, electrics and hardware carefully packed to prevent damage during ocean freight. Export packing follows our standard seaworthy specification, with wooden cases for electrics and control panels. Delivery options include FOB, CIF and DDP to your port.

Installation & After-Sales

We offer installation supervision and commissioning by our engineers, or fully turnkey installation by our experienced team. After commissioning we provide operator and maintenance training, a complete documentation package, and 24/7 spare parts and technical support for the lifetime of the crane.
